Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our Support Center at pince123pince123@gmail.com with your request. Our team will process the cancellation within 1-2 business days.

30 Days Return Warranty:

  • Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order. If you have received a defective, damaged, incorrect size, or wrong product, please contact us immediately at pince123pince123@gmail.com.

Solutions:

1. Taoran Pottery's Responsibility:

  • If we are responsible for shipping the wrong item or size, we will offer a full refund or free exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the original product price and shipping costs or resend the correct item free of charge.

2. Customer's Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product and size during checkout.
  • If the wrong item or size was chosen by the customer, the item can be returned for a refund (product price only). Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility and will depend on the carrier chosen.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Compensation Time-Frame:

  • For returned items or exchanges, it takes 3-7 business days to process the solution after we receive the item(s). If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us immediately at pince123pince123@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund time-frame is as follows:

  • Note: Do not send returns to the address on your package. That is not our return address and may delay the processing of your return.
